Our Commitment to a Safe, Fair, and Inclusive Community
At NSW Ultimate, we are dedicated to fostering a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone involved in our sport from grassroots players and coaches to volunteers, administrators, and supporters.
Because our game relies completely on mutual respect and the Spirit of the Game, our policies serve as the structural framework that ensures safety, equality, and integrity across all levels of play.
Below you will find our official governing documents, codes of conduct, and integrity frameworks. These policies exist to protect our community members, guide our clubs, and ensure that everyone can enjoy Ultimate in a positive and supportive environment.
If you have any questions regarding our the listed policies, please contact us at enquiries@nswultimate.com.au .
Please note: As of September 2026, NSWU Leadership is currently reviewing all policies with the view of having the reviewed policies in place by June 2027.
