In accordance with the NSW Ultimate Constitution the Board formally advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 4.00pm on Sunday 22 November 2026.
Please note that it is a requirement of our club affiliation policy to have at least one club member attend (virtually). We estimate the formal part of the AGM to take no more than 30 minutes.

Election of Directors
At the 2024 AGM the following Directors were elected, or were appointed since then, for up to a 2 year term which expires at the 2026 AGM.
* Millicent Crowe
* Edmund Feng
* Josiah Smith
* Konrad Wallace
The additional Director role also requires election.
The positions to be filled at the 2026 AGM are as follows:
• Five (5) Directors will be elected for a 2 year term until the 2028 AGM.
Call for Nominations
Any interested parties who wish to seek election to the NSW Ultimate Board are asked to submit a nomination.
As per the NSW Ultimate Constitution please note:
15.2 Form of Nomination
Nominations must be:
(a) in writing
(b) on the prescribed form (if any) provided for that purpose;
(c) certified by the nominee (who must be an Individual Member) expressing their willingness to accept the position for which they are nominated; and signed by an Individual Member other than the nominee, and
(d) delivered to the Association not less than fourteen (14) days before the date fixed for the AGM.
